7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and products.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and domestic shipping charges (unless stated otherwise).
International customers (when available) may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes imposed by their country — these will be the buyer’s responsibility.
